Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the item. It may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your accout. Refunds could be partial or none depending on the condition of the returned item. Preorder cancellations after 3 days will incur a 20% fee, and you must email us within 3 days to avoid the fee.

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

If the item is damaged or broken when you receive it, we will cover all the costs, including return shipping. Please send us a photo of the damage so we can help you right away.
